Vision & Mission
"BUILD INDIVIDUALS IN CHRIST, RECONCILING THEM TO HIM AND TO ONE ANOTHER, THAT THEY MAY BECOME MINISTERS OF RECONCILIATION TO OTHERS"
Building in and through the Word - The vision of God will never come to pass among us unless the Word of God is at our very core. It must always be revered as infallible, inerrant, and all that we need to have the purpose of God accomplished in and through us by the Holy Spirit.
Building through Prayer - We must build our individual and corporate prayer lives. We are never any stronger standing that we are kneeling. This house must truly be 'the House of Prayer.'
Building broken relationships - We must be sure that our vertical connection with God and our horizontal connection with one another is pleasing to God. To do so will mean that we must look at our relationship with God and one another as the Scripture says it ought to be, and then compare what the Scripture says to our 'relationship reality.' When we find discrepancies between our relationship realities and proper relationship reflections from the Word of God, we must then commit ourselves to relationship reconciliation and restoration.
Building through holistic ministry - The Scripture is clear that the church of the Lord Jesus Christ must minister to the "total man." This is what 'holistic ministry' is all about, ministering to the 'total man' Jesus spoke of ministering to the hungry, the athirst, the stranger, the naked, the sick, and those in prison. When looking at these groups, it is apparent that they needed more than just spiritual things, but they also need 'tangible ministry.'
As a result, we are committed to building individuals and the corporate body in and through the Word of God. We are dedicated to building all persons through our individual and corporate prayer lives. We are committed to building broken relationships through means of reconciliation and restoration. We are devoted to providing ministry to the 'total man.' Therefore we are dedicated to engage in ministry initiatives that serve others in both the spiritual and natural realm.
